Sponsorships

If you're like a lot of people you love birds and want to help them, but you just aren't sure how.  You might not have the time (or desire) to foster or volunteer, and adopting a bird may be out of the question for you.  You could make a donation, but you want something a little more personal.  You want to actually see the results of your action.  If so, sponsoring a bird may be just the thing for you.  You can even designate a sponsorship in honor of someone or as a gift. 

Sponsorship can make a big difference for a bird in our care.  The majority of our funds go into caring for our birds, and we operate only on private donations.  Veterinary care is the largest expense.  Next come cages, toys, and food. 

Donation levels to choose from:

$25, $35, $50, $75, and $100

With your sponsorship you will receive:

Acknowledgement on bird’s webpage

Printable bird’s story and species information

Just follow these easy steps:

1) Look at the birds we have now in foster care, and see if one in particular tugs at your heart.

2) Choose a sponsorship level from the five listed, and click on that button.

3) You will be taken to the PayPal site for payment.  Follow the instructions for making a PayPal purchase.

4) Be sure to fill in your "shipping" address, so we can acknowledge your generosity.

5) Click the link for the heading "Which bird are you sponsoring?"  In the box that appears, tell us the name of the bird you have chosen.  If you are sponsoring a bird in honor of someone or as a gift, this is where you would provide that information.
