One of our favorite things do to at STAR is interact with the community and educate the public on parrots and parrot care. We love showing off our birds!
Not only do we offer training to our fosters, volunteers and bird owners, we also participate in a wide variety of events at schools, fundraisers, company parties, and community programs. We’re always happy to take our birds places and introduce them to the world.
If you’re interested in hosting us at an event or education program, please contact us, we’d love to come. We help with Humane Society of Missouri summer programs, local elementary school Earth Day week, and take our birds to private functions as well.
