Sky’s Veggie Chop

1 cup Baby Kale

1 cup Spinach

3 cobs Sweet Corn

2 cups Bok Choy

1 Red Pepper

1 Yellow Pepper

1 bag Chopped Carrots

1 Bunch of Broccoli

2 Green Apples

1 Pear

1 bag Riced Cauliflower

1 bag Sugar Snap Peas

1 small bag Green Beans

1 Jalapeno Pepper (This is per preference as it makes it very spicy!)

Use fresh produce:

 

A mixture of 1/2 cup of quinoa, 1/3 cup chia, and 1/3 cup flax seed – quinoa will help to absorb the moisture.

 

Use a food processor for the quick chop method and portion into freezer bags for a quick defrost in the morning.

 

You can also use cupcake papers to portion and freeze the chop! This makes a wonderful way to have fresh fruits and veggies on hand daily. You can adjust the portions to make more or less depending on your need. This will usually last me about 3 months for 3 small parrots feeding once daily.
