STAR has over 40 approved foster homes equipped to care for parrots of all species. Parrots are vetted and placed in a temporary home where they can be part of the family. The low bird to foster ratio allows each bird to receive important behavioral and socialization work, which improves their chance of thriving in a new home.
We are connected to a wide network of bird owners and enthusiasts through social media. Contact us to help reunite a found bird with its owner or alert the public about a lost pet bird.
